Peak XV Fitness run Reading boot camp fitness sessions in Christchurch Meadows, Caversham.
The training sessions run on a Tuesday and Thursday evening at 7pm, Saturday morning at 9am and Sunday morning at 10am. The sessions are run by expert personal trainer, Chris Hines, who has helped hundreds of people get in shape over his 20 year career.The sessions are designed for all levels of fitness and the workouts include kettle bells, boxing, circuit training and sprint drills. Members experience huge gains in their fitness levels along with significant weight loss.
