Outdoor Fitness in Caversham
Peak XV Fitness have been running outdoor fitness boot camps in Christchurch Meadows for the last 7 years. Lead by head trainer, Chris Hines, the sessions are designed to be fun and rewarding. Hines uses a mixture of body weight circuits and running drills to challenge his clients. It’s common for the boot camp members to lose up to a stone in their first month of exercise.
The workouts take place on the tennis courts in Christchurch Meadows on a Tuesday and Thursday evening at 7pm, Saturday at 9am and Sunday at 10am.
